Yes, Brickhouse Bridal is by appointment only, so every bride gets a one-on-one experience with a dedicated stylist. Weekends fill up fast, so we recommend booking 2 to 3 weeks ahead.

Every appointment is 90 minutes. It might not sound like much, but most of our brides find their gown on the very first visit. Your stylist is with you the entire time, guiding you through every step.

Do not be surprised if you fall in love with a dress on your very first try-on. It happens all the time. We recommend bringing the family and friends whose opinions you trust most; our appointments are intimate, with seating for up to four guests.

We recommend shopping no more than a year before your wedding date. Any earlier, and you might miss the season's newest arrivals, since most of our designers release two collections a year. Any later, and your options narrow just a bit. All of our gowns are special order, so nothing begins until you say yes. That typically means 6 to 8 months for your gown to arrive, plus 4 to 6 weeks for alterations. If your date is closer than that, do not worry. Most of our designers offer rush and in-stock options.

Our sample gowns range from sizes 8 to 12 and 18 to 24.

Our special order gowns start at $2,500 and up.

Once you say yes, we place your special order with the designer, which typically takes 6 to 8 months to arrive. We will let you know as soon as your gown is in, and you will come in for a 30-minute pickup appointment. From there, you will work with one of our recommended local tailors on alterations, which usually takes another 4 to 6 weeks. We are here to answer questions the whole way through, not just on the day you say yes.

We are in The Woodlands, Texas, about 20 miles north of downtown Houston, on the second floor of the East Shore shopping center, right above The Toasted Yolk. Complimentary parking is available in the adjacent garage.

Nude or skin-toned undergarments are best, since some of our sample gowns feature lighter or sheer fabrics. Most brides try on gowns barefoot, but feel free to bring heels if you would like to see your favorite styles with them.
