When should I start shopping?
We recommend shopping no more than a year out from the wedding date. Too early, and you miss the latest bridal trends, as most of our designers release 2 collections per year. Too late, and it could limit your options just a little bit more. Since all of our gowns are special order, meaning it does not start getting made until the order is placed, gowns typically take about 6-8 months to arrive. And you will need about 6-8 weeks for alterations.
If your wedding date is closer, there are still options since most of our designers offer a rush or stock options!
Where are you located?
We are located in The Woodlands, Texas about 20 miles from downtown Houston. We are on the second floor of the East Shore shopping center, right above The Toasted Yolk. There is complementary parking in the adjacent garage for our customers.
Who Should I Bring Along?
Do not be surprised to fall in love with a dress right away, it happens all the time! We recommend inviting your closest family and friends whose opinions you trust the most! Our BHB experience is quite intimate and seating is limited to up to 4 of your guest.
How long are your appointments?
Our appointments are an hour and a half long. Doesn’t sound like a lot of time? You would be surprised, most of our brides find their gown on their first visit! Our talented consultants will be there the whole time to guide you throughout the process of finding your gown! Our appointments starts by introducing you to our store, going over any wedding gown inspiration, and letting you shop our store of over 500 dresses for your top favorites to try-on! And from their you start trying on - and this is truly where the magic begins!
Do I Need to Make An Appointment?
Yes, BHB provides a one-on-one personalized shopping experience for each bride. For the most magical wedding dress shopping experience, we do require an appointment to try-on - To ensure one of our talented consultants will be available to help you.
Weekends are our busiest time, so we recommend scheduling your appointment 2-3 weeks in advance. Weekday appointments have much more availability. For day of appointments please give us a call for same day availability.
What size Dresses do you carry?
We carry sizes 8-12 & 18-24.
How Much Do Your Wedding Dresses Cost?
Our special order gowns range from $2400 & up. Also, we have some good news-if you say yes on your first visit we offer a 10% discount.
What is a Trunk Show / Designer Preview Trunk Show?
A trunk show/designer preview trunk show is a limited time event where brides can shop an expanded collection of gowns from a featured designer, including styles that are not normally available in-store.
What bridal accessories do you offer?
Brickhouse Bridal offers a curated collection of bridal accessories, including veils, lace toppers, custom sleeves, little white dresses, and more to complete your wedding day look. Our stylists are happy to help you personalize your gown and find the perfect finishing touches during your appointment.
What should I Bring / Wear to my appointment?
You will have a private fitting room with one of our experienced bridal stylists, who will guide you throughout your entire appointment and help you in and out of each gown.
We recommend nude or skin toned undergarments, as some of our sample gowns feature lighter fabrics or sheer details. Most of our gowns also have built in structure and support, so wearing a bra is completely optional.
We typically recommend trying on gowns without shoes, but you are more than welcome to bring heels if you would like to see your favorite gowns styled with them.
Do You Carry Bridesmaids?
Brickhouse Bridal does not carry bridesmaid dresses at this time.
